Farmer, agribusiness man, Realtor Marvin Jefferson is no stranger to property acquisition and real estate sales. He and his wife Rosalie Schenk operated a dryland farm in adjoining Washington County near Akron raising wheat, millet, corn, and sunflowers. Jefferson obtained his realtor's license in 2004. He was associated with Goodman Realty Co. Inc in Akron during which time he also obtained his appraisers license. Marvin and Rosalie leased their farm prior to the move into real estate and made the move into Real Estate Brokerage with the purchase of Advantage Realty LLC in May of 2007. Marvin assumed managing broker responsibilities for Advantage Realty LLC in June of 2007. Marvin and Rosalie have been married for 35 years and have three grown daughters, Mary Jefferson, Erin Jefferson, and Lana Jefferson Taussig.
Marvin especially enjoys the interaction with people, finding just the right fit for both listing and purchasing customers, and making friends regardless of the outcome of the professional relationship.
